And then the sun came out.....

All of a sudden, after a dreadful day yesterday, the sun shone and shone and shone. We went to Sumner and had a walk and a play and a thermos of coffee - so lovely. The snow on the alps was just incredible - they just blazed in the distance - pics won't do justice as it was just too hazy.

Snow on the hills!!

Woke up this morning to a dusting of snow on the hills! It is very light, but very low so quite exciting! If you look really really closely and imagine - you may just see it in these pics! I think we will go a snow-hunting later!

We had such a wonderful time at the museum, kaan was in heaven and amber took her (almost) first steps - very exciting!
